I don’t know why but I really appreciate that when she sings you’re always able to hear the end of the word. She always pronounces every letter in the word. For example when she sings slowly “who’s bad” you’re really able to dear the “d” at the end. I love when artists make sure to do that idk why

This is a 55 year old womans perspective. I've watched many others attempt courage in their art but not many achieve it. It's her authenticity mixed together with a pretty other worldy voice that keeps me mezmorized by this young girl and her brothers talent. I love the depth and humour in her lyrics. Her voice reminds me somehow of another great billy who the world lost over 60? years ago. Billy Holiday sang the truth no matter how unsettling to the general public found it. Billy Eilish and Finnius sing their own truth and its damn refreshing. If they sounds this good now, looking forward to many years of witnessing their artful transcendence.

I don't like the term "whispering" in reference to her singing. Sure, she sings softly, but there's a huge difference between whispering and, well, not belting. Whispering has no vocalization whatsoever. She just normally keeps a quiet, ethereal tone to her music, which is not whispering.

This is fantastic. I was listening it at 1.25 and 1.5X speed per someone's suggestion below. It's definitely more familiar at this speed and sounds great. Then you slow it back down to 1X and realize how much harder it is to sing and harmonize at this real speed- much better and showcases the skills needed to control the song. I see Billie Eilish's name around a lot and don't follow pop music any more. But I see now why everyone is so excited about her- tremendous talent and charisma at such a young age. I will be listening more.
