She is a person that has convinced me that art is not dead. It may not be my favorite, but her work is genuinely art. I am constantly impressed by her and her mastery of what she does. And not for nothing... but I do like her music. She's one of the only current artists that I like.

I admire her as a woman and the journey she is on 🤟🏽 Her genuine truth is so refreshing and she remains grounded and likable throughout all the fame even when she wants to just shut down and recharge. She will still smile for a fan knowing that is the first impression, it is lasting and what that interaction really means to them, even if her day sucked. 🤙🏽

Okay, so I'm just an old broad here, but I had to giggle when she was talking about her book. She's adorable, but I have to remind myself she's also wayyyyy younger....I kept thinking "it's called a photo album, Billie!" We used to keep our photographs in them, don't ya know!! LOL It just tickled me!

It’s not a photo album, it’s a coffee table book. A photo album is a book with plastic covered pages in which you insert physical photos.

Why is a book better than just digital...? Because it is REAL...kind of like having an original painting in your collection/home, rather than an NFT, which is just a digital con. Yay Billie for doing a ‘book’, on top of your music!

I have to say I had 1000 emotions in one second the first time I saw the cover but now I'm kinda like " what's the big deal it's a cool picture"
@Chrisko1492
@Chrisko1492 3 жыл бұрын
It‘s a big deal because she used to say she wears baggy clothes because she doesn‘t want to be reduced to her looks. And now this. It seems weird. As if she‘s doing it for publicity. Which she is, of course. But that is disappointing, as lots of people applauded her integrity in not wearing revealing/over-sexualized clothes. Welp, that integrity has gone out of the window now.
@sam-nb2cb
@sam-nb2cb 3 жыл бұрын
@@Chrisko1492 That is absolutely NOT why Billie wore baggy clothes. Her baggy clothes were a security blanket for her because A) she was a minor, a literal child! and wasn't interested in people seeing her body before she was ready and B) she was insecure with her body. She explains all of this very plainly in the interview she did accompanying the shoot. And feeling confident in her skin and wanting to wear and try out form-fitting clothes as she gets older also does not reduce her integrity one bit. She's just a girl growing up. Jesus.
@AhrimanThorn
@AhrimanThorn 3 жыл бұрын
@@Chrisko1492 So you and many others admired her for doing something that you felt made a stand against people being judged for their looks; and when she changed her look, you judged her. Have a think about that.
@jackier5687
@jackier5687 3 жыл бұрын
So she can’t evolve or change? She is supposed to wear baggy clothes forever and ever? You do realize she’s 19 now, right? If she wants to wear some form fitting clothing or even be naked, it shouldn’t matter. Not to mention, her Vogue photoshoot was actually very tastefully done. You haters just can’t stand that she’s actually got a beautiful body. Her body her choice.
