In CA, I'm sure the lack of supply to meet demand, rising construction costs, extremely long process to approve housing projects, and high property taxes are just a few things causing high housing prices in the state. I'm a big fan of DeSantis but he really jumped the shark when he went all in on strict abortion regulations. Mostly based on your comfort level with risk. Better off sizing in when things go your way when trading an account with mini futures or high leverage. In this manner, your initial stop loss is still a respectable one. However, if you trade micros or with minimal leverage, you might as well start at "full size." Although it increases the win percentage, micros still have a stop loss that is not very near to the entrance. IMHO. For your own convenience, I would advise you to seek professional advice.

@@jasonscott6640 Exactly. I actually talked to two of these speculators and they said they were able to borrow hundreds of thousands at below 3%. Since RE has been skyrocketing up more then 10% per year, they said it was worth the risk. If things do not work out, they said they will simply declare bankruptcy and walk away from the bad loans.

I am starting to believe prices go up because people want to make a huge profit. Everyone one wants a piece of huge profits...so prices go up for everything else. Its sad how everyone wants land to hold lots of value. The cost to buy a home is insane I think it's time to focus more on building family values. Maybe then we could have some control over this thirst for money. I feel we are hurting each other.
