3 Learnings 1. Identify your own strengths by Interacting with people who know you. 2. Identify oceans where you can win.(Right to win will be Easier in segments Which are not looked at by larger players ) 3. Stop thinking about which is going to be the biggest Industry Start Thinking about where you can be the biggest.

“I'm a success today because I had a friend who believed in me and I didn't have the heart to let him down.” ― Abraham Lincoln Learnings: 1 - Build a willingness to learn from others and reach out for professional help when needed. 2 - Despite being a smaller company, the decision to compete against HUL in the Hair Oil Category, means don't be afraid of anything, do your work with grit, and one day you will succeed too.

- Identify your own niche strength - Find the business opportunity to fit in - Make a product that stands out uniquely in the market in terms of value - Get All kinds of feedback and work on them based on your research - Educate the end consumer and decesion maker of buying that product (Like Pidilite did with carpenters by educating them) - Always bring variety of products with equal value.
