Even if they pay Property Tax, the total % of tax paid is INSANELY smaller than what a regular American citizen has to pay for their new home. Normal citizens like that guy above can’t do that though. And even if they pay corporate taxes, the rates they have to pay are 20% basics. Let’s not forget it’s 45% for you if you’re earning 100k above, which is 0.001% of these “billionaires”paid “corporate expenses” or write offs. Let’s not mention fake losses by exaggerating costs or paying over-expensive services and products which actually funds back to their or their family member funds in that investment company which owns that very over-expensive products. Yet regular citizens are forced to pay over-expensive products and services just to get by their daily life instead.

To be precise, Jensen Huang hasn't lost any actual money, only his theoretical wealth has decreased momentarily. When the stock price bounces back nothing has changed in his perspective, as long as he doesn't liquidate those stock assets. It now becomes their social responsibility to invest it back into humanity, the people upon who they built themselves.
