Software is terrible, because its features can be removed through updates, I remember when Samsung removed the 360 degree photo mode with picture stitching, just to force customers to buy the 360 degree camera....

AI being Apple and Samsungs biggest feature is funny, 99% of people I know do not care to use AI on their phones that much.

They pushed their phone so far from a galaxy, and so close to an iphone, that at that price range- an iphone does everything the samsung does, but better. And for cheaper. Literally, their phones are just an incensitive to get an iphone at this point lmao. Watch them remove every feature the s-pen has, only to say 3 years later "our surveys show that people don't use the s-pen anymore ever since we removed every usefull feature from it, so we've decided to remove it from the phone entirely"

I've seen a video about how amazing innovations it had. Nearly all of them were crappy AI integrations. AI is ninety percent of their advertisements and possibly the only innovation for like a year. To sum up two of the biggest smartphone manufacturers promoting "phones" with software that is def. cloud dependant, isn't stable, great.
