The fact the price is not listed is advantageous to the buyer, means the owner is flexible and ready to negotiate and if at all possible, make this home affordable for the buyer. Everything does not have to be done as it is in the West, which certainly has its shortcomings!!

I live in the States, we list the prices, and I watch A LOT channels from other African countries including Gambian ones and they ALL have the prices listed.. I was going to subscribe to the Channel, but I WON'T because the video lacks SO much information. (Location, Price, year built, lot size and amenities around it) Good Luck!!
