He'd go onstage with a rough idea of what he would say ,but it inevitably ended up an inspired hilarious stream of consciousness, then he'd get back on the original thread of what he'd started to talk about. It was amazing how he'd take the audience on that journey making them weak with laughter in the process, absolute comic genius .

I am in need of help please. I'm trying to figure out if Billy is the comic I'm looking for based on a story I heard on the radio one night while driving. He had a strong Scottish accent (This is why I feel it may be Billy) but I'm not 100% sure. He was telling a story that had the audience screaming from laughter.
