Yep - that’s a Cmaj7 open chord. They may not be calling it that anymore; don’t know, don’t care. It sounds the same as the bar chord at the 3rd fret (3-3-5-4-5-3). That barred configuration is used prolifically by Jazz artists and it is a staple in many Latin music genres, as well. I first learned it was when I was 18 back in 1972, listening to and trying to figure out some of the chord progressions in songs by Seals & Croft and the band America. No You Tube videos back then. It works real well for each note and half step on your way up the fretboard, too.

I'm actually just finger picking...no strum. Pluck 2,3,6 at the same time then pick 4,3,and hammer on string 2, then 1 and back to 2,3,6 at the same time.
