Ive been a christian since young but it wasnt until recently that i had a transformation. It brought me to tears in repentance and remorse. A huge burden lifted and i dont want the things of old, i dont want to be of this world, i dont want to disappoint Jesus. I know i will and i am ashamed when i fall short. But now i know i wasnt truly saved before.

Absolutely true and what i practice. Once im aware ive dine wring i own it and seek forgivness from God. Then i do away with whatever the cause was that left me the effect of sin. I used to selfmedicate with pot. Its only substance which helped my ADHD. For 26 years i used and never noticed in my use i became complacent. In my complacency i put God on the back burner. When i realized this i put it down. Made a covienant with God and prepared myself. I asked God to settle my mind to help as i truly need it as this disorder wreaks havoc upon my life. I have never been so settled ever. My folks and friends have noticed a completr 180 out of me. I perform at work better then i ever have. Im more intune and unfortunately i still figet. I still struggle however i can handle it. Glory be to the most high as it is Him that aids me in ways none other could. I love you Jesus!

Christians like Billy Graham are sincerely good people, that's why they're Christianity can be seen. They are submitting with strength. As an older person I don't see Christianity in people like I see it in SOME preachers, like this guy ... And the pastor in a church I use to go to. No matter where I go and whatever language I use I wish to have/keep a sensitive heart.

Repenting is turning to "see" the ONE who is calling you, so as a consequence of turning around, one turns from sin; repenting is being confronted by God's holiness, and God shining His light on our sins and iniquities; repenting is acknowledging our sins and iniquities and confessing that we, of ourselves, cannot be righteous. ___ As a consequence of repenting (a "Godly repentance"), one will desire remission of sins in the waters of baptism, and having His NAME invoked over us; the blood of Jesus will be (spiritually) sprinkled over us, and it is the NAME that applies the blood. Baptism ("He that believes AND is baptized SHALL BE saved...") is where we receive the Lord's sacrifice, and "...remission of sins...". We are then PROMISED and RECEIVE the Spirit of/from God, by which we are RECEIVED as sons and daughters; thereby, "...As many as received Him gave He POWER (His Spirit) to become sons of God, as man as believe in His NAME." Peter, full of the Holy Spirit, gave the same answer: "REPENT, and be BAPTIZED everyone of you in the NAME of Jesus Christ for the REMISSION of sins, and YOU SHALL receive the gift of the Holy Spirit." Folks, you have just HEARD the "Gospel That Saves"! Don't let anyone BEWITHCH you as the Galatians were, and were offered a PERVERTED gospel. Brother V.

I don’t know if im saved. I’ve put off a sin that I’ve struggled with for years but every time I do sin I feel no shame. I try to stop and change but it’s hard to convince myself to change for the better. I say sorry because I know it’s the right thing to say but I feel like it holds no water. The word "Repent" according to what scripture says (rightly divided; 2Tim 2:15 kjv) means to have a change of mind. If you're driving a car and turn your right blinker on, but change your mind and put your left blinker on, you've repented. Youve changed your mind about which way you want to turn. Turning from sin is a work of the flesh. The bible says salvation is *not of yourself". Its a free gift: Ephesians 2:8,9 You cant' earn it. Turn from it, Pray for it, kneel for it. Criy for it, whatever. All your sins were forgiven when Jesus died for them all on the cross nearly 2 centuries ago.. 2 Corintians 5:1,19 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 You CANT get them forgiven because Jesus already forgave the worlds sins on the cross. It. Is. FINISHED. He proved it when he rose again to sit at the right hand of the Father.
