When I played drums for him that Saturday night, we practiced about ½ hour that Saturday, he was the easiest person that I had ever played drums for, we would start a song and play a few measures, he would say, “Good, let’s go to the next one.” Such a Gentleman

I've always liked his voice and to top it off, my friend Yvonne DeVaney wrote the song. He did another of her songs titled "I'm The One You Can Turn To.

Awesome Singer for sure, I miss all that died in the wreck. His guitar/Banjo player Danny Patton was a GREAT FRIEND of mine. When was this recorded on The Grand Old Opry?

Hey Randy. I am Dannys youngest son. Any chance you know how to get ahold of Joshua Brooks? He is Billys grandson.
