You know he’s not really sacrificing much because he was already fit before going through all of that so he’s body burn calories much faster and easier if an overweight guy walked only 10k steps a day he wouldn’t even burn half what this guy burned even if he follow a very restricted diet
@Xmarty_boy01 Жыл бұрын
Guy's here's the fun fact: actually he neither follows any diet nor any workout, What he does is only records a random video at any point of time and the keep on eating lots of foods , and the he gets fat and then he records another video of himself in which he is fatter than last one and then puts the combined video of before and after 😂😂😂😂 it's as simple as that😂😂😂

Nice job, man. Even if it is 2 months early. I was weighing around 240 or 241 lbs in around near 2 months ago. Now I'm at 227 or 228 (floor isn't balanced well in my home for proper weight calculation). This is a good motivator to keep pushing myself. Thanks for posting something like this! Edit: It's been about 2 months and during that time I decided to go to the Gym (I was mainly walking and getting myself moving more than before first). Since going to the gym and adding weights to my regiment, I haven't been losing weight at a fast pace, but I still notice some things and I still feel good. I went from 227/228 to 220. I have a long way to go, but I know I can do it.
@phoebegraveyard7225 Жыл бұрын
Dude, I live in a house built in 1847. My floors are wonky. Every morning I weigh myself three times, repositioning the scale each time. I consistently take the lightest weight because it makes me feel better about myself and because it’s consistent, it reflects actual weight loss or gain. Keep up the progress, random stranger. You got this.
@nbowling10trio Жыл бұрын
I wouldn't worry too much about weight. Your gonna put on muscle if your lifting. Keep at it
@AboutThatLifeInChrist Жыл бұрын
I’m proud of you!! Each 1lb of weight is a kg of muscle so you’re burning fat and replacing it with muscle so the scale wouldn’t be a good factor in anything because instead of just losing and being lean, you’re building strength so you’re gonna feel like you’re gaining weight but you’re really not.. you got this!
@AntiDegenerate1971 Жыл бұрын
It's not about losing weight, it's about retaining muscle and losing fat and you can do that if you lift weights 3-4 days a week(full body workout) and walk 10k+ steps a day. This has worked for countless people who went from 30-40% body fat to less than 15%
@leafcerulean92 Жыл бұрын
Regular exercise and eating sensibly is the key to doing it! Remember every body is different and you shouldn't rush yourself - and walking is good way to exercise without over thinking it! Don't get too bothered with counting calories as long as you're not binging like mental, just walk as much as you can then build up on it if you're at a low fitness. Working well for me so far! Lost 3kg in a month and a half (I don't do 10k everyday because of work and chronic illness) but patience and the results will come.

Yeah I was the opposite. I started weight training and as my body composition changed my metabolism went up because muscle is more expensive calorically. I only do cardio/walking a little bit just to sharpen any weight loss I’m looking for. Cardio only gets you so far because your body gets used to using Fewer calories and it actually dropped your metabolism after a while so it’s like a drug and you need more and more cardio to keep losing weight. Then if you stop? You balloon up immediately. If you build a lot of muscle or at least a moderate amount, that takes your metabolism up up up.

Dieting also plays a role in weight loss as well. But it's good to know that walking does help.

With my job I get at least 10,000 steps in a day just from working. Then I get home and do treadmill for atleast 3 miles a day. Staying between 130 and 140 heart rate. I am also doing intermittent fasting with a 20/4 window. Fasting for 20. I started on April 1st at 243 lbs. last time I weighed myself was may 1st. I was 218. I am excited to see where I am at on June 1st.

People in the comment section don't forget there is something more important than the exercises you do, whether mild or extreme. What you eat is more important than any exercise. You could do crazy P96X workouts, but if you still eat a whole pizza for breakfast, McDonald's for lunch, and Chinese take out for dinner, you ain't losing anything. That's not to say you can't eat your favorite foods, but minimize how much you eat. I'm barely getting back into walking/running, but I've stayed a consistent 210lbs-215lbs for the past 4 years because I control how much I eat.
