274 > 230 in 5 months. 4-6 miles a day 8/11k steps and weight training push/pull/legs 5 days per week. 💪 Body recomp going crazy! 30 more lbs to go and then bulk back to 215.

I fell off my workout routine due to illness and then work then illness again and have been feeling so discouraged. Just found your channel and I like how you showed the progress. Even within 1 week, I can see the small differences. Am now recovering from a bad bout of fever and flu since Christmas Day and hope to start again fresh this year. You are doing great and looking great too! Thanks for posting your progress. Would be great to see what you eat as well if you feel like sharing. I saw some of your vids shows chicken breast and carrot (fried chicken? not sure.) and steak but I'm also trying to learn what works for me so would be great to see yours too if you feel like sharing. I normally eat high protein low carb and low calories diet fried chicken breast. Steaks. Vegetables. Good luck too! We can do it this year!

Thank you. Yes a lot of people comment on my face shape change. I restrict calories to about 1400 and practice fasting. I walk mostly plus a few weight lifting sessions a week

My dad just surprised me with the fact that we’re going to Hawaii in February and I was excited until I realized I’m pretty flippin fat I currently weigh 240 pounds and I stand at 6 foot tall definitely about to give this a shot. I got seven weeks to feel better about myself.😭😂
