Great video. Shows exactly the problems I've just had with a Billyoh (I call them BillyNO now) 8 x 10 windowless shed. Just remember that BillyNO also trade under Kybotech and probably more companies! The destructions are about as much use as a chocolate teapot! The panels may be numbered but the destructions doesn't number them. At first I thought there wasn't enough panels but on checking thankfully, there was. Kerbside delivery with no phone call and delivered a week earlier than what they said although the delivery time was meant to 5-6 weeks it turned out to be 8+!! Seems there's no pride in British manufacturing any more! Customer service seemed to be generic answers. I'm 70 and really struggled with this piece of crap (with help!) I will not ever be putting another shed up, ever! (Still not finished the doors and 'cloaking' strips after about 14 hours!)

Just sort of finished the 8x10 windowless shed. What a joke! The doors have a 4inch gap and as all BillyNO have said is, 'Have you used the shielding strips?' The shielding strips are not that wide! Now I need to buy some more timber to make up the gap as there's no timber left and to be honest I still think I'm a few lengths short of a shed! Lol

Thank you for sharing your experience with BillyOh sheds. I have been on the fence about purchasing one, but your insights have completely changed my mind and likely saved me a lot of trouble. It’s baffling how this company continues to supply products that aren't fit for purpose. When I called their customer service yesterday to inquire about one of their sheds, the representative was quite rude. I expressed my feelings about her skills as a customer service representative and ended the call. 😊

Ordered a fraya log cabin 3 weeks ago. Past few days all I’ve been hearing about are people saying avoid Billyoh at all costs. I just watched this video, read the comments and phoned them up straight away to cancel. Let’s see how long it takes to get my money back now.

I was missing the gable ends on my first Billy Oh order so no roof for 2 weeks. The roof apex support is laughably flimsy and the roof then caved in under heavy snow!

Had mine turn up couple of days ago, only bought it cause it was cheaper than buying the raw materials..... I had VERY low expectations but jeesus, I didn't realise how low they needed to be!

Glad I've seen this before I got one been looking at these sheds, they look crap the floor will not last long and the way it goes together wow a strong wind and it's gone, think will just get some good timber and rebuild my old good shed it just goes to show every think now is a rip off no quality and pride in what they do thanks for showing this sorry to see you got rip off you should ask for your money back.

You managed to do a good job bro. I ordered a 8x8 billyoh and it was 3 weeks late with no tracking and absolute shite customer service.. I only found your video because the instructions look dire and I want to build it this weekend 🙄 but seeing how you've had to improvise, I'm not looking forward to it 🤔🤬

Got my 8x12 shiplap last year ,just got round to putting it together 2weeks ago ,what a heap of shit,roof would not fit right ,doors not fit right ,plenty nots in the wood with see through cracks,as stated avoid like the Plague (and that was on a flat concrete base making sure all was squared )

That black thing you set on the floor before your flooring, did that come with the shed or you brought it separate?

im trying to put a 12x6 billy oh pent together and what should have taken 4 hours looks lile it'll take a few days, because all the cladding is overhanging rhe battens on the panels so they wont join, thatll have to be pared down. same with the floor, and then they suppied only a few of the 50mm screws needed for most of the assembly. plus all the parts came wrapped in plastic and sweating, looks like it wasnjust treated so all the part numbers disintegrated because everything was soaking. I'd say cheap not cheerful, go elsewhere if you want an easy time of it. Not a kit shed by any means!

I purchased the 10 x 8 waited 7 weeks for it then loads missing , instructions are appalling and trying to get through to the company for help is non existent, and like yours I’ve had to fill loads of cracks where they have split tounge and groove , I had to start putting mine together to see what was actually missing because I just couldn’t get my head around the instructions 🤬 I had to spend another 85 pound on timber and also had to buy hinges so all in about another hundred , will never buy from them again and also strongly advise people to look elsewhere, all the panels were there it was the timber to go on top and bottom of panels that was missing and the roof bits 🤬

These types of sheds are no disco oh billy mercia sheds and Forrest all the same cheaply made i just built one and used my own screws added some bits of wood here and there if your base is level and square the rest will be the felt is like tissue paper i will replace that in the summer with iko i also used silicone in the inside corner s and used 3m polycarb for the window s that 1mm styrene stuff is the worst if you farted inside youd blow the window s out😂 the base i done was way better two tone of stones compacted then cemented 20 block reinforced the base with 3x1 and still wasnt enough floor sinks when you stand on it so i will add another 12mm chip board

It looks OK that shed BUT!! the BillOh sheds are absolutly cheap crap !! I'd rather pay the extra and buy from 'Nordic Timber.' They are amazing sheds.
