To answer your question at 6:20, Silva Hound created the song (Addict) as a fan response to the original material (Hazbin Hotel) created by Vivienne Medrano (Vivziepop). Silva even managed to get the original VA for the character of Angel Dust, Michael Kovach, to sing the part. Viv and her crew were so impressed by the song, she reached out to Silva to collab by making an animated video for the song. Someone please correct me if I have anything incorrect!

You should check out Vivzie's channel in general from things she's made over the years, she is incredibly talented. And for fun, one of the cleanup animators for Hazbin Hotel, Ashley Nichols, started doing streams of her doing cleanup called the Hunicast. She and the voice actor for Angel Dust, Michael Kovach, are a couple, and other voice actors from Hazbin, Helluva Boss, and plenty of guest stars including three of the cast members from Beastars, I really suggest checking those out.

Yeah, Angel went from being my least favorite character to the one I'm seriously rooting for. This video humanized him completely. To explain the plot: Hazbin Hotel is an upcoming series by Vivziepop (pilot episode is available, you should watch it) and it is about a hotel in Hell that rehabilitates sinners so they can go to Heaven. The proprietor is Charlie Magne, daughter of the devil. Her first client is gay porn actor Angel Dust (the spider-stripper guy with 6 arms). This video shows what a day in the life of Angel and his best friend, "self proclaimed spunky powerhouse" Cheri Bomb, is like while living in Hell. The guy abusing Angel is his pimp, Valentino. I'm not sure who that guy Cheri was thinking about is, but what little has been revealed about him so far is that he is a "demon hunter".

I had no idea Billy had reacted to this! For the record, the Spider Demon is Angel Dust, his voice actor is (Well, was, due to union issues 😥) Michael Kovach (who does a SCARY PHENOMENAL Markiplier imitation) and he actually did all his singing and show lines for Angel Dust while pinching his thorax, as his own real voice is considerably deeper. There's a video of how he does it online somewhere. There is no escaping music/musicals in any Vivziepop production 😆 ADDICT began as a fan production (by Silva Hound, who is a genius. I love the way he inserts unexpected silences to throw us slightly off beat. Michael K got permission to participate from her, and Vivienne (Vivziepop) Medrano wound up so impressed by the song that she animated it and made it more or less part of the canon (the sad coda at the end is her lyrics). WE STILL don't know who is the cyclops guy in the puddle that Cherri Bomb sings about!!

2:25 he’s dead. This is set in Hell. The idea is that Valentino (the pimp) has Angel (the feminine spider-looking character) trapped in a cycle of addiction and sexual abuse. Cherri (cyclops) is trying to break that cycle be tearing down Valentino’s empire. The thing about Hazbin Hotel (the main series) and Helluva Boss (a spin-off taking place in the same universe as Hazbin) is that it is fucked up, dark humor... until you look deeper. Charlie (the human-looking character) is the daughter of Lucifer, but is trying to redeem souls despite being written off as a failure by her own parents. Angel is just trying to get by. He’s rude and vulgar to cover up his pain and his care for others (example Cherri and Charlie) which he fears would be seen as a vulnerability that someone might exploit. Stolas is a prince of Hell stuck in an abusive, unloving marriage, but who also wants to be a good father. Loona acts like an angsty teen, but loves her adopted dad. As the series go on, we are bound to learn more about each character.

Very late, but I wanted to say you were one of the few to actually state the connection between the title Addict, and the characters in the video. The main character, Angel Dust, is very much addicted to the attention, praise, and high he gets through stripping/acting. Cherri is more addicted to chaos/anarchy and the thrill it provides. Both are addicts with unhealthy habits, and for fans of the (limited) Hazbin content, him wanting to break the cycle is a very real goal.
