thor I call out to you in good faith please help me find the strength to control my temper through the power of the rune thurisaza. Help me to realize even though I don’t like my girlfriend’s fiancé that hurting him is not the answer. I would probably not meditate on the thurisaz rune to control your temper. Thor should be called upon when: entering combat, going on dangerous travels, for curing of sickness, and fertility. Thor is the protector of mankind and the Gods, but his rune is one of destruction, power, and wrath. I would try meditating with the algiz and laguz rune for peace. Thurisaz would be a good rune to meditate on if your house got broken into by a gang and you had to start whooping some major arse.
