exercise aur balance diet se kisika vajan km nhi hota kabhibhi.... mera 30kg weight 6 months me km kiya hai maine omad ya 16:8 intermittent fasting mai recommend karunga aur sonal tum agar comment padh rhi ho to dr. burg ya jason fung ke videos dekho aaramse vajan ghata paogi....

Meri baat pe koi believe kare ya na kare par mere Ghar me ek hi bar khate hai pure dinme or yeh adalat mujhe bachpan se hi lagayi gayi hai ki bas ek hi time khana hai ab me jab kisi dost rishtedar ke yaha jata hu or woh mujhe 3 time khana dete hai toh mujhse khaya hi nahi jata or ek time khane bhi me kafi healthy hoon

I have been fasting for one year two meals a day 20 hours of fast. I am 74 kg from 126kg with alot of energy and health and obviously a dashing physique. Fasting is an ancient practice three or four meals a day spike your insulin levels thus gives you weight. Fasting creates autophagy and stems cells for repairing all damages inside body.

1-Avoid refined sugar 2-aviod maida and refined oil 3-natural sugar source like fruits eat daily 4- eat your dinner upto max 8 pm (egg white,fruits ) 5-replace wheat with besan and multigrain 6-aviod packet food and processed food 7-proper protein in your diet(1gram per kg of your weight) 8-proper water intake 3-4 Litre Follow this 1 month loose 4 to 6 kg in a month in healthy manner without any helath complications...Thank you😊😊

एक बार बजन घटता है और डाईट नोर्मल होते ही दोगुनी स्पिड से बडता है मेने 30-30 मिनट एक्ससाईज शुरू की है चलती हू थकती हु तो कपाल भाति करती हू फिर चलती हूँ बजन बहुत कम घटा पर अब बडता भी नही है

Many organs need fat , protein , carbs and vitamins .. You will loose hairs , you will loose RBC , WBC, and even sexual harmones .. You might see liver or kidney failure or infection in intestine.. So get full meal ..don't listen to these new doctors .. If you want to lose wait go for swimming, cycling, jogging, gym etc ..

I have muscular dystrophy reason I am having food only once a day since 2017 . As my muscles are weak due to this disease I can't workout like normal people this the only effective way for me to minimize weight increase . I doing this since last 6yrs I managed to keep my weight to 77 to 78 without workout . Didn't know this method has a name 😂 O MAD ME

Omad objective is to lose weight and gain maximum mental and physical fitness of each and every organ including skin, hair, etc. No Indian youtuber will tell you but you need to consume at least 100 g of animal protein to achieve this. 🙏

सब बकवास है मेरी उमर चालीस था तबसे मे एकल आहार ले रहा हू और अब 44 का हू पहिले हेल्थ के बोहत इशू होते थे पर अब कभीभ हेल्थ के कछ भी इशू नहीं होते धन्यवाद 🙏🏼

पहली बात ये एक दम बकवास डाइट प्लान है क्युकी जितना जल्दी वजन घटेगा उतना जल्दी बड़ेगा भी,और दूसरी बात मेहनत करो ,कोई डाइट की जरूरत नही पड़ेगी 😂😂😂😂😂😂

कोरोना में मेरी माता जी के देहांत के बाद मुझे उनके क्रियाकर्म के लिए बैठना पड़ा था 13 दिन तक एक टाइम ही खाना खाने का नियम है जिसमे की नमक नही होता था , लेकिन चाय बिना दूध वाली चीनी के साथ लेता था ,फल खाता था, इससे मेरा वजन 10 kg घट गया था , लेकिन तब मैं घर पर ही एक जगह बैठा रहता था जिससे कमजोरी का एहसास नहीं हुआ और किसी तरह का साइड इफेक्ट्स भी पता नहीं चला , वैसे घर पर रहने वाले इस फॉलो कर सकते हैं, OMAD में नमक और नॉनवेज भी छोड़े 🙏
