कोरोना में मेरी माता जी के देहांत के बाद मुझे उनके क्रियाकर्म के लिए बैठना पड़ा था 13 दिन तक एक टाइम ही खाना खाने का नियम है जिसमे की नमक नही होता था , लेकिन चाय बिना दूध वाली चीनी के साथ लेता था ,फल खाता था, इससे मेरा वजन 10 kg घट गया था , लेकिन तब मैं घर पर ही एक जगह बैठा रहता था जिससे कमजोरी का एहसास नहीं हुआ और किसी तरह का साइड इफेक्ट्स भी पता नहीं चला , वैसे घर पर रहने वाले इस फॉलो कर सकते हैं, OMAD में नमक और नॉनवेज भी छोड़े 🙏

Omad objective is to lose weight and gain maximum mental and physical fitness of each and every organ including skin, hair, etc. No Indian youtuber will tell you but you need to consume at least 100 g of animal protein to achieve this. 🙏
