Wow Sam. A brave clean up. That was rank. My last outside find was a filthy and smelly DC25 couple of years now. It cleaned up beautifully and I still have it to this day. A great video.

Your welcome! That's 2 vacs I've found walking Charlie to school now 😂 I might start leaving a few mins early and walking up a different road every Monday (our estate is connected with paths everywhere so easy to do!)

I'd love to say what a great find Sam but something stops me from saying! Brave guy to take on a shark street find so well done Sam. Lovely to hear peanut and butter having a good sing in the back ground too mate

Was still 100% sharp and powerful even after emptying that shark too 😂 It got a bag change as I tidied up after filming though 🤮

@Mr_D2_1004N ha yea, fair! Victor sent it to me for free and said it can take the abuse so I've got to put it through it 😂 Taken every last bit with zero issues so far, I even like the hose end as it's jsut the right size for going into cyclones!

My worst was a dc40 mk2 which was brimming with vomit (not sure if it was human or dog or cat) but so much it was awful, sold it for 90 quid in the end tho after getting it for free 👍 had to buy a bin flap tho

I don’t know what it is but sharks from around 2017-2019 last longer then the new ones even tho they still have the same motor and all the same components. As im sure you’ve figured out shark only change the design and never the components 😂
@beko19877 ай бұрын
The more simple basic ones fare better for sure! Oh yes I've laughed at shark's reuse of the same basic core machine before. Been tempted to get a few and swap parts about to make a custom one but I just don't like them *that* much 😂
@max_dottie7 ай бұрын
@@beko1987 agree! My shark nz801ukt anti wrap duo clean was 8 months old when the motor went , filters were always kept clean, they did replace the whole vacuum had the new one 6 months no issues yet… but im sure it won’t be long. I just wish shark made there machines more easily repairable instead of all these silly security screws, for one it is not environmentally friendly to just replace the whole machine and then the old one ends up in landfill. My second reason is they aren’t nice to work on for vacuum repairers since parts aren’t easily available.
