While I find all the shoot interviews on everyone entertaining (and enjoy them greatly), I also find it troubling that fans take on the opinions of wrestlers like it's their own. Like or dislike whomever you want, but most fans don't know any of these people personally. I like much of the content on this channel and like Punks work. But he contradicted nearly everything he said in that precious promo. He claimed that he would leave and never come back, like a pouty child... And that Triple H was going to ruin the company after Vince was finally gone! Then when he showed up in AEW the first thing he does is claim that the last time he wrestled in his career was in ROH. Completely discrediting everything he did in WWE. And of course he wraps it up with the most important thing in the world; everyone gets an ice cream bar!... And now he's back! Something he said would never happen because this company is the worst thing that ever happened to him... And yet after returning, everything is great! No complaints! That Triple H is one kind, generous boss! It is so good to be back! I can't believe I left! What was I thinking? Everything you could ever want is here, and I can't wait to cut more long winded promos instead of actually wrestling! Life is good! Yeah... He's the best in the world...
