Bina Gaay Ke Doodh
Chia Seed Milk ‪@PeepalFarmProducts‬
Ingredients
2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
3-4 cups Water
Instructions
Combine chia seeds and water in a high speed blender.
Blend on the highest setting on your blender until smooth. Blend atleast for about 1 minute.
Chia milk can be used as is anywhere you need fat free, high fiber milk.
For fine consistency, strain the liquid through a cloth.
Chia milk can be stored for upto 4 days in fridge.
Always shake well before using homemade chia milk.
Enjoy!
For quick smoothie
Combine chia pulp leftover from chia milk, dark chocolate, chia milk and peanut butter.
Blend and serve on ice.
