This is where it all started for me. This video was on the YT homepage, I clicked it, and I've not looked back since. :D As soon as I started watching it I knew straight away "this must have something to do with those tingles I sometimes get in my head!" I have a 14 hour day type schedule. I have crazy days of work and school and students and clients and getting trainings and traveling and giving courses to others and advanced classes to more students and paperwork, etc. etc. etc....YOU are the only one that I have on my tablet next to my pillow when I have to go to bed at 2am at the end of my day. Been training myself to get tingles gradually because unfortunately I don't necessarily get tingles, I just feel relaxed.. The last little bag you had in this video actually gave me my first real tingles.. I was amazed hahaha and they were just tiny, on the top of my head. So, that's how it feels. Aliyui ik this is an old comment but focus in the back of your mind on the room noise! If you focus on the individual sound profiles it'll prevent the relaxation needed for ASMR. But focusing on the background noise of the room in the recording brings everything together and keeps you relaxed :D
