Speaking of "s'mores", last night, I had a dream that I made a "S'mores Casserole" for Thanksgiving. It consisted of mini marshmallows, three kinds of chocolate (white, milk, and dark), and Lady Fingers biscuits. It was a weird concept, but it looked, smelled, and tasted pretty good. Like a new spin on traditional s'mores during camp-outs.

I am very curious though what something salty like pretzels would bring to this recipe? I can’t imagine crushed up pretzels would make a good base on the bottom. But perhaps adding some sea salt into the chocolate? I have to imagine a savory note like some salt would taste really good with the chocolate or marshmallows
@coolnoah81834 жыл бұрын
Sweet and salty is a thing and goes together well. The crushed pretzels would add extra crispy crunch, and a nice complimentary salty flavour

If you want to do the first method. you can put the bowl over a boiling pot of water. this should gently melt the chocolate and the marshmallows a little bit. then use a small torch.
