I'm not sure about later versions, but in Sims2 it's possible to get Grilled Cheese as your sim's aspiration. All the wants they roll are things like "make grilled cheese", "eat grilled cheese", "talk about grilled cheese". They even gain the ability to paint pictures of grilled cheese. For funsies, I once created a witch with the grilled cheese aspiration and gave her a house on a beach lot. She was a sand witch. 😄

Although there are specific Simlish words like "Sul Sul" for "hello" and "goodbye", Similsh isn't a made up language that has a dictionary. It's completely nonsensical as explained by them. The Sims Mac & Chee is something everyone can make. This recipe is probably really delicious, but I'm pretty sure they use "The Blue Box" in game. (They did in Sims 2 & 3, anyway.)
