Two things. I worked at a deli and after Thanksgiving we would make a Panini with Cranberry Sauce on both sides, stuffing, and turkey with a side of gravy. People loved it. This was years before friends and to this day I make one at home with leftovers. When I lived Wisconsin I encountered turkey and dressing sandwiches after Thanksgiving. Put the leftover dressing, chopped turkey, and gravy into a crockpot. Mix it up, and when it is hot, scoop onto a hamburger bun. Some cranberry sauce would be a nice addition. Those seemed to be at every potluck after Thanksgiving.
