Biggest issue is HIPAA violations (that they say that they can legally do, but idk ive seen arguments for either side) of them selling private health data. They've hired unlicensed therapists, used/stolen info from unrelated therapists as if they were with better help, force any therapists they work with into very bad unfair contracts, paired very unfitting therapist to patient needs/concerns and makes it tough for the patients to do anything about it, makes it very tough for patients to quit - in a very manipulative way taking advantage of the situation, etc. All very scummy stuff from a company that wants to "help" people with mental health problems.

Love Alvin's videos, but I rarely comment on them. Just had to remark how endlessly refreshing it is to see the channel continuously addressing community concerns. It is honestly so rare to see that nowadays and one of the top reasons why I have been a subscriber for all of these years, since the very, very early days, when Andrew was evaluating different types of grilled cheeses pre-Tampano days. @@Bazzamatazz87if by "shortly" you mean in 2 months, here I am. I'm italian, here I've heard some people, obviously especially in Tuscany, that get kinda worked up when they hear stuff like this. The main difference (I think) is that focaccia has a lot of different styles, the most famous one being from Genoa, tall and fluffy. Schiacciata, on the other hand, looks like a pressed down focaccia, very crunchy and not that tall, hence the name (="flattened").

A "pesto" is basically anything that is made with a mortar and pestle, it doesn't need to have basil in it. So, yeah, theirs was indeed a pistachio pesto, and that's how it's usually made, with no basil at all.

I’ve been to the original All’antico vinaio in Florence and they definitely stack more compared to NYC from what I can see here. Also, I believe the veggies used in the Inferno sandwich are usually eggplant, but I did add zucchini on mine; happy to see Alvin did the same :)

You could support their other sponsors. But if you're frugal, then yes, viewer retention is very important (that's why most videos are over 10 minutes long). That means watching the full thing through! Sharing does also help. Thanks for being someone who, instead of latching onto a bad attitude for dear life, wanted to focus on the core issue of whether or not the team just needs money. Your heart (and your head) is in the right place.

Lol. Thing is, Hello Fresh is NOT A REQUIRED THING TO LIVE and is ENTIRELY A CHOICE TO BUY if it's something you can afford and want to buy. Factor is basically just a fancier version of TV dinners, which I'm not seeing any of these Factor haters boycott. And let me tell you, the TV dinners we have right now are MUCH worse for multiple reasons! So yeah, there was outcry. But the same kind of misplaced outcry that really has no basis other than it's... entirely optional for people to consume. I've made thousands of trays of focaccia in the restaurant and none of them was that wet and hard to handle. I'd just go all ingredients into the mixer, perhaps with a larger portion of instant yeast to avoid that whole first stage, mix it until barely combined, turn out and divide into tray sized portions, hand kneed just to form a ball, rest to rise and then poke it out into the pan. Savory or sweet, it was just lovely and the perfect balance of fluffy inside and crispy outside. For the sweet, I'd do sliced fruit and turbinado sugar on top before baking for brunch and the farmers market. And I'd shoot for slightly thinner than that.

I don't know the specifics of the sponsor they booted, but how is supporting a gambling platform any different than advertising liquor or wine clubs? Alcoholism is arguably more harmful and addictive than gambling (at least physiologically) but no one bats an eye when he mixes a cocktail during a sponsored bit.

@@mj.ray0898 Likely because gambling apps don't have age restrictions on mobile platforms and things like alcohol have age restrictions to keep children from consuming it. Also, gambling is more short-term harmful than alcohol, as the dopamine fixes can cause you to waste all of your money - that could also be part of the outcry. At least with alcohol, there's an expectation to drink responsibly and he presents it in terms of a "once in a while" fancy pairing for the food he makes - which is different than promoting gambling, especially if it's an app you can plug and play at any time that's available to everyone of all ages.

Because you used a wet rub for your porchetta, the skin didn´t puff up as wanted.... it´s important that the skin puffs up for better texture and so it´s easier to cut it with a serated knife

"Lukewarm" is the same as "room temperature," i.e. the temperature in which you feel neither hot nor cold. If you were to put your hand into/onto it and the temperature was about the same as your hand, then it is lukewarm. Usually this ranges from the high 60s(F) through the 70s(F), depending on your preferred temperature.
