Binocular Vision Made Easy: Part2

In this two part lecture we discuss and demonstrate the investigation and management of binocular vision disorders. Part 1 concentrated on history and symptoms, the cover test and motility testing.This lecture, Part 2, demonstrates how to measure accommodation, convergence and fusional reserves. We show how anomalies can be managed in practice with exercises and discuss prescribing prisms.

Some days after I had my first trip of LSD, I started to see duplicated... Then I realized that I was stereoblind before cause my brain only saw with one eye at a time, and then I realized my brain was recognizing both images at once, I just needed to know how to fuse then... Then I started to make exercises, like puting an object near your nose and try to "decipher" how those two 2d images could make a 3d perception of depth... I had some bad time doing it... Sometimes it seemed nearly impossble... Then I kept trying a lil more and some day I just saw a random object while training, and the feeling is like "hooooly shit, this was right there all the time, I just didn't treated the images with the right approach before"... And still today my 3d vision is improving more and more, naturally...

I developed double vision/strabismus in 2012, at age 45. All of the "experts" I saw, and it was many, dismissed eye exercises as a possible treatment, or extreme fatigue as a cause. My requests for eye exercises were ignoreded and I was sent home with prism lenses, which were extremely uncomfortable and created gross image distortions. Thank you for validating what I felt to be true all along

+Tilia Blossom Wellness Unfortunately eye muscle exercises have not been found to be reliably successful for the majority of cases. There is only one type of strabismus that we prescribe eye muscle exercises for.
