Great tour Simon - thanks for sharing 👍 Though I'm a fan of the old school, you can't fail to be blown away by this place!! Who would have thought 30 years ago that there would be bodybuilding facilities with 5000 sq feet dedicated to each bodypart!! 🤯 The mystery brand 'Flex leverage'-style pulldown looked nice. What a place to get ideas - like the best showroom in the World! I wonder if there's now anything on the shopping list for UFB 😉👍

Thanks for watching yea some fantastic bits of kit there I just wish I had the time to try everything out. Part of the reason for visiting these gyms is to try out potential new pieces for UFB I just wish I had the O2 budget 😆

What’s the strength curve like on the panatta row you did? Feel anything like the strive/prime in the stretch setting? Sick gym

It was hard at the start and got easier as I pulled the weight so worked in line with the resistance profile of the back. Yea awesome gym they had loads of prime too

You can tell by how the torque arm is relative to the pivot point. Since the loading horn on the torque arm starts below the pivot point and basically hits even height with the pivot at the end of the movement, you can tell that the row is heaviest near the shortened muscle length / contracted muscle length. Panatta often has great biomechanics, but sub par strength curves

@@teambdugz bro we must have the exact same algorithm we are in all the same comment sections lol I just caved and had a new nautilus hack delivered to me for only $3600! Not an Atlantis or prime hack but but unreal sales rn on nautilus/star trac and lead times are only 5-20 days. Almost fully welded too, barely any bolts complete tank
