In the step three: pure colture - 01, need to inoculate the colonies from XLD to TSA plate. Which XLD plates need to choose? Those previously obtained from selective enrichment of RVS broth or MKTTn broth, or both? Thank you for your videos and for your work.

Subculture to TSA from XLD is important. You should choose colonies all XLD plates (from MKTTN and RVS, both)
