Great bit of History. The Woking Mosque was mainly funded by Shahjahan begum as well as other prominent Muslims for Indian Muslims living and studying in the UK. The mosque was built in 1889 and remained mainly closed after the death of Dr Leitner who had traveled to India to gather the funds. The mosque became the property of Leitner's son. It was opened by a follower of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad of Qadian, Khawaja Kamaludeen, and later was joined by another missionary Fateh Muhammad Siyal. All of the earlier converts were in direct contact with them as Khawaja Kamaludeen served as the Imam there. Mirza Ghulam Ahmad has quoted Nawab Siddiq Hassan Khans book حجج الکرامة and also Shahjahan begum donated money for his book Braheen-e-Ahmadiyya published in four vol from 1880-1884. A book commanded by his later opponents as the greatest work for the service of Islam specifically against the Hindu movement of Arya Samaj and Barhamu Samaj. Similarly, the writing of Ahmad reached the west as early as 1885 in form of letters and later in a form of Magazine named The Review of Religions which was mentioned by Abdullah Quilliam in his newspaper crescent where he referred to the article as the ablest he has come across. he sends a preliminary list of Muslims who would be willing to read the magazine, the magazine was sent to them free of cost from India. Its great you mentioned Samarkand, the forefathers of Ghulam Ahmad were also from Samarkand who migrated in the reign of Babar. He was a descendant of Haji Barlas, who was the uncle of Amir Timur. It is an established fact that Timur belonged to the famous tribe of Barlas which had lived and ruled in Kish for 200 years. This part of the world was known in ancient times as Sogdiana of which Samarkand was the capital.

Another question I want to ask is at 46:00 you mentioned that Ulema didn't fight the British because they considered India under their rule as Darul Islam not only that but everyone could practice their faith without opposition. yet then you call Mirza Ghulam Ahamd the agent of the British when he based on the same principle praised the british and wrote three books invidting queen to accept Islam?

Muhammad Hussain Batalvi a student of Nazeer Husain Dehlvi, you mention at 1:40:00, does the same agaisnt Mirza Ghulam Ahmad and reports to the government allying with the christians who were attacking Islam that because this man claims to be the Mahdi he is bound to rebel thus a police officer was placed in Qadian to keep an eye on him. and today you have Muslims stating the same thing that you re defending Nawab Sadeeq Hassan Khan of, they wrongly accuse him of rebellion. The Same Muhammad Hussain Batalvi had written a review on Baraheen-e-Ahmadiyya as the greatest service of Islam. 1857 was rebellion iam glad you accept that.
