It's great to see the behind the scenes on this reverse, thanks for putting these videos up! I've always messed up my reverse diets and regained way too much weight so it's really helpful to see the step by step process of doing it successfully :)

Oh no. Confused now. You made is so clear for me with losing fat that is was calories that mattered. Now you are talking about measuring carbs. Can you clarify please. I really thought I had understood.

Layne what do u think about the extra weight being from water retention due to high cortisol? since she said she can get easily stressed? isnt that a possibility? because u only assumed neat.
@biolayne16 жыл бұрын
cortisol is a fuel mobilization hormone like glucagon, unlikely it would affect overall energy balance

How high can you actually get your total calories doing a reverse diet ?

The more metabolic damage a person has does that mAke them less adaptive and more likely to gain through the process?
@warrenmitchell35986 жыл бұрын
Molly the higher the metabolic damage, the lower your maintenance calories are. It’s not fully known as to have it works, as we all know nothing supersedes Calories in calories out, but what we do know is that utilising the reverse diet is the safest bet when reverting to maintenance

warren mitchell I desire to do a reverse diet, but it's difficult as I still want to lose a little bf. I know a reverse diet is necessary though, but like he said in the first video the end goal requires me to reverse diet. Thank you for your reply.

Molly it's more like metabolic adaptation, efficiency of the body to adapt to lower calories it takes time to higher therefore reverse is necessary, little by little add calories to adapt again while lifting weights to increase muscle mass which burns more calories.

Beatriz del pilar Aceiton aranda thank you. You are 100%right on. I see more and more the need for this.👌 I'm lifting with a 4 day split schedule. Would you suggest 5 days instead?
