For AWC. You say "the reward of living older is not incentive enough for most people to live the lifestyle he (Tim Spector) is promoting". You might be right, but no-one wants a prolonged deathspan, i.e. the time one spends in ill health prior to death. That alone should be incentive enough, at least, it is for me.
