Thank you so much for this video, well put together, informative and useful. Very relaxing simply to watch you tracing your finger through the various labyrinths!

I enjoyed this so much! I have added art therapy to my labyrinth finger meditation with drawing my labyrinth with pastels, creating my threshold, the center, and four corners symbols of what I imagine with my intention. Just adds another layer of embodied learning to the experience. Once again, thank you.

Glad you enjoyed it! That's a nice idea about the pastel drawing and parts of the labyrinth. I have seen people make rubbings of finger labyrinths as a quick and easy way to create a labyrinth artwork.

Lovely intro, Lars. Please , would you tell me how you did the part of the video from above, of your finger walking the labyrinth?

My technique, and it's probably not original is a modification of what is taught to children. Inhale "1, 2." Pause "1, 2." Exhale "1,2,3,4." moving my finger while I exhale. Pause "1, 2." My finger only moves when I exhale, and my only focus is the count. If I'm distracted by the "monkey mind," I simply return to the count. I choose to extend my exhale simply to fully clear my lungs. Moving only during the exhale gives me two pauses and an inhale slowing down my journey.
