Yes, I have downloaded partspacks: Sidopack and Biopack. Also, after a while, I just started using parts from existing files such as the ones found in the Digital Construction Collection made by Tammy Calamity. There you can find almost all BIONICLE sets in digital form, if not all of them. It gets updated constantly, so placeholder parts that are still unrefined after a while can become updated. Basically, stud.io should let you take parts from files you downloaded and use them in your own projects even if you didn't download additional partspacks. Hope it helped.

I mean, Skrall + Vorox is a combiner I made. However I also made a Tarix + Strakk combiner, so yeah this one as well as the one in the video are the way they are
