I’m 74 this month. 5 and a half years ago I was mostly just an Animal Crossing player. Then came the Switch and BotW. When I saw BotW I knew I had to play it. I loved it! And I loved Super Mario Odyssey. Then I discovered Skyrim and loved that. Then I fell in love with Fallout 3/4, NV. Then most recently fell in love with the Bioshock series! I’ve also played Dying Light (very difficult for me but I enjoy the parkour), and various other games. I mostly have to play on easy because I did not grow up playing video games. I enjoy playing but can’t enjoy them if they’re too difficult for me. Part of the enjoyment of Bioshock is the beauty of the underwater city so thanks for this wonderful video.

This made my day. That makes me so happy that you got into video games at your age and love Bioshock! Playing on easy isn’t bad at all! Sometimes I do that with a new game just to enjoy it. If you haven’t tried it, you should try Resident Evil Village. There’s a very easy casual mode and it’s not too difficult at all with an amazing storyline!

this is so nostalgic, everything that's connected to Bioshock, Rapture and Columbia gives me intense chills and make me cry. Feels like I've been there.

wow dude, I feel that. At first playing the game was so exciting to me but now understanding the entire story.. replaying it, it’s very sad. And I’m also sad that I can’t be there.

The burial at sea DLC felt like they forced a tie in between bioshock infinite and the main games drinkable plasmids and sky lines do not belong in rapture
@imonke5303 Жыл бұрын
@@LokiTheClever yea bas is a disgrace, it's okay to ignore it because it tried to make numerous retcons, like the construction of the city, the first big daddies and the credit for many things being attributed to Elizabeth instead of who actually did them, suchong made jack's mind control, not Elizabeth... just a really weak attempt imo, and levine himself has played the same games (what's cannon what's not) before in saying he didn't consider bioshock 2 to be cannon, so yk just ignore it... that's what I do lol
@liamcorcoran85752 жыл бұрын
It’s interesting to think that during it’s prime rapture was a super busy place. It’s a city without a daylight cycle. The only rest you take is whenever your body clock says so. Most people would have worked when business was best then slept the rest of the time. Just an interesting thought
@onyx82312 жыл бұрын
Interesting fact: Low voltage/high amperage (high current) devices still work just fine under water. A lot of people think anything electrical will stop working when it gets wet. Yet, you might be surprised to find out that a modern vehicle's power locks, power windows, and even the headlights still function when completely submerged because of the 12v electrical system (NON-EV) cars use. I'm assuming that this sunken city only uses low voltage lighting. LOL

Man I love BioShock 1 and 2 but I can't view Infinite as anything more than a quirky "what if" story. Originally it wasn't even supposed to be connected to Rapture, they made that decision because they worried no one would buy the game without attaching it to the brand. I get that other people like infinite but I just do not want to take it as cannon. There is A version of Rapture that worked with Columbia, okay. But in my heart, the Rapture of the first two games existed all by itself.
@krissaaaay2 жыл бұрын
I see what you mean, it’s a nice take on the franchise though! Plus, the DLC in Infinite makes the game, in my opinion. Burial at sea is just, wow. Hit me just as hard as the first game.

Controversial opinion but I’d take a bioshock tv show over the 4th game mainly cause I think the 3 games were perfect and I don’t want to ruin the franchise with the fourth game so I’d rather a tv show but it has to be done perfectly
@krissaaaay2 жыл бұрын
I’d prefer a movie, but I looked into it and apparently the budget is too high for that. I’m sure a 4th game won’t ruin the franchise. If it sucks, it sucks. All 3 were still good!
