My hair stopped falling out after I did these things. I used natural hair masks like avocado and yogurt. I avoided brushing my hair when it was wet to prevent it from breaking. Once a week, I rubbed my scalp with hair oil. I cleansed my hair once or twice a week with liitlleextra cocooinnion shampoo.

IMPORTANT HEALTH QUESTION: I am seriously allergic to bananas, have been since infancy, so is there an appropriate substitute I can make that will still supply me with the potassium I need (I'm assuming that's what the bananas are for) or should I just use the other ingredients only?

Verónica. Banana may be commonly known as source of potassium but in reality it's one that contains the less in the list of the potassium source foods. Now, for this drink omit the banana completely. You can get yr potassium from a medium sized boiled potato. To give you the figures. One banana contains 420mg, one potato 930mg. Also beans, lentils, beet leaves(great source), avocado, spinach. Ban is the poorest in potassium. You can get it from all the above in much greater amounts. So either drink the smoothie without banana or add avocado. Take care!!
