You wouldn't think the camera was so close to them from watching the film.

Yeah this is a year late, but whatever :) It's a rather wide lens throughout the movie, probably to have a natural human-like field of view, which then means that anything you want to have fill the view (the characters being followed) needs to be very close and center. A narrower lens would give the camera operator more distance, but probably make viewers feel sick pretty quick.. as well as missing out on the environment.

Alejandro did not yell at Emma in this clip. However, spanish people (not Latin America, but Spain born and raised)… man, those guys are LOUD :)
