These are some birth ball exercises that you can do during your second and third trimester of pregnancy to prepare for an easier delivery and positive birth! Your pelvis is NOT a rigid structure! The pelvis has the ability to rotate, lengthen, and move all planes of motion.
Hence, it is important to prepare and train your pelvis to be able to move and navigate different angles and ranges of motions to prepare for labor.
These exercises should not be painful!
