Jeff wasn’t flash, he was soul. Doing shit at slow speed that other guitarists couldn’t quite replicate is what made him so special in my opinion. Beautiful tribute and RIP Jeff.

Jennifer, My Heroine! You surely still Rock! I've been trying so much to become a tapping master and a virtuoso such as you. I don't know you remember, about 20 years ago, I sent you my demo CD before I serve my military service in Korea. You were very kind to agreed to accept my pitiful CD. You always will be my Heroine. When I was a boy in rural upstate NY, I had cassettes of Blow by Blow and Wired, my first guitar, and the biggest admiration for Jeff... 20 years later I'm no longer a boy, no longer live in New York, no longer have a cassette player, or that original red squire strat. But the admiration for that man's talent has never left. The word "great" is tossed around daily but that guy was a "great" that exists only a handful of times in the history of music. Happy birthday, Jeff. My finger calluses would not be the same without you.

They called actor/car and motorcycle racer, Steve McQueen, "The King of Cool." I'd say that also applies to Jeff Beck, in the way he lived his life (he was into building American hot rods), created his music, his unique stage presence and style of playing guitar.

Be well dear Jennifer and bon appetit. Eat organic and try to not eat flesh. It takes its toll on the body n will make you look old. All love and respect and I'm seriously impressed with this tribute to Jeff. I restoring a Les Paul standard with the most beautiful flame top. I've just replaced the neck by making one. Now I get to inlay the finger board n I'm not sure what to do with that. I'm thinking of putting White Trash on it in green marbleized plastic. Be well Jennifer and thank you for the greatest music
