It would be super hard to end birth right citizenship because it contradicts 14th amendment unless supreme court decides to amended. President can’t do much about it unless congress and Supreme Court decide the fate of 14 th amendments.

Stop incorrectly using the term founders when talking about The 14th amendment. The Founders of the United States, like George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and James Madison, helped start the country in the late 1700s and wrote the Constitution. They had nothing to do with the 14th Amendment, which was passed in 1868 after the Civil War. The 14th Amendment created birthright citizenship and said everyone must be treated equally under the law. It was written by leaders during Reconstruction, not the Founders, so calling them the same is a mistake. Please stop.

Unfortunately undoing 4 years of disastrous economic policy & unchecked spending cannot be corrected in less than a week. However the first steps have been made such as cutting regulations to begin drilling for American sourced energy, halting the purchase of oil from abroad, i.e. from Venezuela. These necessary actions in cutting down on costs within the supply chain are the first steps that will in due time lower grocery prices.

When mom takes them back to Mexico, China, or wherever, they remain US taxpayers for life., and their children will be US taxpayers , and all their descendants (unless someone pays the huge fee to renounce their citizenship). They will also be subject to the military draft when it comes back. The US is missing a great opportunity here. As they say , when you have lemons, make lemonade.

What about people on legal work visas like O-1, H1B (majority of Silicon Valley) who are in the country for 10+ years, paying taxes and contributing to the economy with a path to permanent residency approved but just have to wait endlessly due to a broken immigration policy. The executive order extends to them too and not just illegals. Would that be fair? Clearly none of them are sneaking into the country.
