Do we have to put the Alu Bukhara (dry plums). They sometimes get spoilt and spoil the masala too. We will anyways add Alu Bukhara when we are cooking the Biryani so what's the point of adding it into the masala your masala seems to be better than the commercial ones available in the market. First thing you did not put extra salt in it. Second good thing is you roasted the whole masalas that increases the shelf life of the spices, brings out its essential oil and enhances the taste. (sabit chizen:laung,ilaichi sbz,badi ilaichi aik,darchini,aloo buqara,) (Laal mirch50gm,haldi,20gm Limo k chilko ka powdr 10gm,plums 8,10, Namak50gm Sondh powdr10gm Lahsan powdr 20 gm Zarda rang chand chutki.) Shelf life badhana jo tu 10,12 gm shakar add karden.

I am sure if you make the Biryani masala as per the receipe given by Kun foods you will forget the National and Shan brand and the best thing is its free of preservative natural too and you can change the spiciness according to your liking.
