Bishop is one of my favorite X-Men characters. The 90s cartoon and the follow up ‘97 is the best. And so is the live action portrayal in X-Men: Days of Future Past where he’s played by Omar Sy. I really want to see Bishop, with Omar Sy reprising his role, again. He was awesome!

My older brother told me Bishop is one of his favorites characters in the X-Men comics while mine's Cable. He was the main villain in the X-Men event, Messiah Complex. Michael Jai White should play him in the MCU.

@@thispersonrighthere9024I agree with however Bishop has a weird history with what his ethnicity is He was originally going to be Filipino as his creator was however Marvel wanted an African American character so he was made that however later on he was sort of made Australian Aboriginal I think Bishop is generally considered African American with his two main appearances those being X-Men TAS and Wolverine and the X-Men have him portrayed as African American but I still hear people say he is Aboriginal

@@JOVONO he is definitely of australian aboriginal descent. it has been confirmed that Gateway is his grandfather. however, it's also been hinted at that Storm is his grandmother, but this has never been confirmed, and honestly, i think this idea has fallen away. if Storm really is his grandma, then that would explain his black ancestry.
