Thankyou! From the teaching alone, I can easily understand what is missing in Novus Ordo - good indepth teaching with an understanding of what we do, how we do it and the meaning behind it. "Memorial of the ACT" not Memorial Day. In Novus Ordo, people (not all) are not aware that we are bringing the total ACT into the present moment, placing us all there - in the exact moment in time and being One with Christ. I liked it when B Sheen said, "Christ would not give us a Memorial DAY, because he knows we have short term memories. True, it would have to be much more meaningful and profound than that. She said, to say the Traditional Rosary, not the rosary of John Paul II, the Traditional Rosary !! 15 decades, everyday or 5 decades on Monday, 5 decades on Tuesday, and 5 decades, on Wednesday. Since the Mass is the greatest prayer of all !!! you get the Saint Andrews missile (and no other missile) but the St Andrews missile, and you say Mass every Sunday (you're not able to consecrate) but you can still say the prayers of the Mass !!! From only the Saint Andrew's missile!! You can say the rosary, the Seven Sorrows of Mary, the Stations of the Cross, all at home. Have nothing to do with today's fake Catholic Church!!! NOTHING !!! This is a very important session. The substance of what Bishop Fulton Sheen explains in the Offertory, Consecration and Communion remains true of the Roman Rite, whether celebrated in Latin or in the vernacular. In reading several comments, there is only ONE Church, and the seat of the Roman Catholic Church remains in Rome, the Vatican. The laity or ordained should remain obedient to the ONE Church, the opposite is to protest, thus protestantism.

Fulton Sheen on Vatican II. "The tensions that developed after the Council are not surprising to those who know the whole history of the Church. It is a historical fact that whenever there is an outpouring of the Holy Spirit as in a general council of the Church, there is always an extra show of force by the anti-Spirit or the demonic. Even at the beginning, immediately after Pentecost and the descent of the Spirit upon the apostles, there began a persecution and the murder of Stephen. If a general council did not provoke the spirit of turbulence, one might almost doubt the operation of the third Person of the Trinity over the assembly. (Treasure of Clay pp. 292-293) The anti-Spirit still goes strong against Vatican II.

If Fulton J.Sheen were alive to see what that Council wrought, he might have back peddled that comment. Sixty years is an ample enough time to interpret the fruits of the Council, and by any measure they have evidently not been good. Fulton Sheen, like many prelates of his age, were swept up by excitement of being able to live in a time of an Ecumenical Council, and the optimistic spirit driving a new decade. The 60s was not like the times of Vatican I, or the Council of Trent, or Constance, or Florence. The present world demands and expects the Church to update and revise itself to be relevant, and the Second Vatican Council, opted to do so by giving a nod to Modernism. While not taking anything away from Sheen as an inspirational speaker, and religious figure, I part ways with his view on the Council. Can the Church afford 40 more years of the Conciliar experiment to see how it bears fruit? Look around at the Church today and you'll get a resounding NO!!!

Ok let me educate some people here ....Vatican 2 in principle was supposed to be good just a conversion from Latin to the vernacular with minor changes here and there ...but a bishop by the name of Bugnini ( who was later confirmed to be a freemason ) acted as go between for the council and the pope ......he would go to the pope and say the bishops want it this way and go to the bishops and say the pope wants it this way .....BUT ULTIMATELY HE GOT HIS WAY ....and the bishops and the pope were too afraid to question each other if they really wanted it that way .....and voila we got Vatican 2 which deviated so far away from the truth it became a beast of a mass ....this is what happens when men are too prideful to ask the other if that is what they really wanted ....Satan won ...he implemented the FALSE mass .

How interesting that in a religion where god does not have a corporeal body at the beginning, and does not use tools or physical means or labor or effort to create the cosmos, He creates it through his Will. He wills into existence, much like how it does take effort to imagine or create a plan idea or creative work in your mind, but does not use any substantive means. And yet, it is not purely a meditative completely empty unconscious willpower. God didnt silently and unconsciously and randomly will the world into being, as if destiny or chance just sparked his creative act. Similarily, when we have a eureka moment, it seems to be spontaenous but its not. And it seems to have been created from something before it, a process, but it is not. It is indeed a actual work of generation and creation, but it is ex nihilo, something real from nothing before it. This all christians believe. Jesus does all of his miracles not with magic or with spells. But with his will, and he does involve intermediary species and accidents. He heals a woman through her cooperation and the fringe of his cloak. He heals others by saying "let it be so". Just like god the father, but because he is a man too, he works wonders in a more bodily way in addition to the will or fiat that is divine. In these two cases we have the Deus (god) or the divine (godrelated) beings or acts being done or created. Healing is a supernatural act, and creation is a divine supernatural act. The actor in jesus is both divine and natural, and so his actions likewise are divine like god in gensis but also natural, he uses his hands, mud and spit, words. Words are a big one here. Because the species of Christ so to speak, is the Word, the word of god. We have the natural interacting with the natural but in imitation of the supernatural by the command of the divine. This is any miracle or action done by a mortal, to a non human or another mortal. Through natural means and cooperaiton, but with divine will from god above as the source of power and the physical accidents as the delivery, even a prophet or a writer of scripture, it is the gospel and the biblical stories that are the word of god, the truths within, the books and letters translation and pen and ink are the non divine thing that inscribed the divine words. And then when Jesus at the most important covenant sacrifical passover, heavily associated with salvation and death of firstborns and delivery from slavery and uh, the whole business of this god weve been reading up to the last supper. And when Jesus says to someones bread that it IS his body, and he is God. And this is his blood, and his blood is the blood of the lamb. Suddenly it becomes unbiblical to take this literally as a miraculous act of change or transformation because its the most important thing and last thing he did before his death, and of course every other time god talks whatever he says infallibly and absolutely occurs instantly and supernaturally bound by no law and subject to no limitation. But at the LAST SUPPER, its symbolic? At the FIRST SUPPER, where jesus said THIS IS NOT MY TIME (the wedding at cana) he didnt even do it himself, he just told olther people to take water from a urn and it became wine. Not symbolic wine. Not red water. Wine. And that was not a miracle he intended to do really, he did so at marys intercession.But when he says "I HAVE GREATLY DESIRED TO CELEBRATE THIS PASSOVER WITH YOU" and at that supper multiple times says that, a time is coming, the betrayer is coming, i am about to be delivered onto the enemy, i will be taken away, this is the last time before the big event basically. And of course, that time. He wasnt doing anything special. Hes just takes baked goods and wine, very seriously, seriously enough to distract him from his last meal before he dies. Yeah, ima think the Catholics are not just right, but they are absolutely correct about this idea.

I'm pretty sure that in the late 18th century, the leftist HRE Joseph II bullied Rome into granting a special dispensation within the Archduchy of Austria declaring that women no longer have to cover their heads in Church . Pope Benedict XVI, in a statement released by the Vatican in 2009, reaffirmed that the Society of Saint Pius X (SSPX) has no canonical status within the Catholic Church. @@dank3435 And Bishop Schneider and Vigano say they aren't. Has Francis said they're in schism? There you have it. Cardinal Ganon said they set the bar of what seminaries should abide by and are truly Catholic. It's rather uncharitable to accuse a massive swath of practicing Catholics who worship to the extent of their abilities of schism.

Instead of speaking about the Mass, the discussion should be on mass massacre.
