Bishop Schneider is a blessed great gift to the Church. PF made a similar statement years ago that God willed multiple religions. Bishop Shcneider asked him to clarify this several times over the next year or so until PF qualified multiple religions as God's 'permissive' will. Obviously this is no longer the case...

I agree, however surprisingly many are unaware of Vatican ll and/or the changes made to water down the faith 😢 Those of us who are aware must be brave enough to awaken our peers and return to pre Vatican ll i.e attend Latin Mass, take the host on the tongue, stick with what we were taught growing up in terms of our responses , 'In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy GHOST' (NOT Holy Spirit). Find a pre 1960s prayer book and that will keep you right!

I love Bp Schneider and pray for his protection. That being said, Archbishop Vigano has made a very important point about Schneider's position on "Pope Francis": "The insurmountable line is that indicated by Bishop Schneider, who denounces "Francis" for having violated the First Commandment and contradicted the Gospel, asserting however that he remains Pope, finding an authoritative precedent in the denial of Peter. In fact, Bergoglio not only violated the First Commandment but denied the two main Mysteries of the Faith: the Unity and Trinity of God; the Incarnation, Passion and Death of Our Lord Jesus Christ. A total abjuration of the Catholic Faith! According to Bishop Schneider, *would it therefore be possible to be a heretic and apostate and still belong to the Catholic Church? and even preside over it as Supreme Shepherd?* while all it takes to incur excommunication is to declare that a heretic and apostate who has usurped the See of Peter cannot be Pope! Evidently this red line - which for me, who denounces Bergoglio as a usurper because he is an apostate and heretic, is insurmountable - can be crossed with impunity by Bergoglio, continuing to be recognized as Pope precisely by those "moderate conservatives" who also accuse him of heresy and apostasy, but without drawing out the necessary consequences."

Thanks RemnantTV, this is a huge issue. The Catholic Church should help all of God's children, whatever their background, to understand exactly why living a good and spiritual life in a non-Christian religion doesn't lead to the Kingdom of God. I'm a Catholic for decades and I don't understand this teaching at all. I feel sure that the great majority of mankind are NOT barred from Heaven just because they are not believers in Our Lord Jesus. Thanks to Bishop Schneider for a very good prayer and account of basic Catholic teaching.
