I like to have my red meats by themselves - versus white meat, that I'll put in my burritos, stir fry's, or tacos, etc
The red meat usually tastes great on its' own, while the white chicken breasts often need some 'help'
Also, red meat is. way more nutrient dense - so I do eat more red meat, but whatever meats you prefer, the main criteria is to prioritize the quality of your meat
So opt for grass-fed, pasture-raised... you'll taste the difference, and you will get all the essential Omega 3's in (which will in turn reduce inflammation)
