Avenged Sevenfold - So Far Away [Official Music Video] | First Time Reaction

There is a short story behind this , I recorded ,,Afterlife and Critical Acclaim '' without knowing that Jimmy The Rev died , so when I recorded So Far Away this happened.
This reaction is so raw thanks to my Editor and Friend Sin that kept me away from comments and googling the band I fell in love with.
There is one thing more powerful than Love and that is Loss, take a moment from your day to day schedule and appreciate the people you love, everything comes to an end.
R.I.P Rev
And I highly suggest you to go listen to the original song here:
• Avenged Sevenfold - So...

Also his death was an accidental overdose. He took his meds then went out drinking then after took his meds again forgetting he already took them. It wasn’t a planned thing. I know some people feel it was suicide but it was really just an accident. I mean should never mix pills and booze but the intent to do self harm wasn’t there.

"I love you, you were ready The pain is strong and urges rise But I'll see you, when He lets me Your pain is gone, your hands untied So far away (so far) And I need you to know So far away (so far) And I need you to, need you to know" . This part always make me to cry whenever i hear this song on my playlist, it's like it's hard to face the reality that the person we love most gone forever until our time comes to see the person we love again if "He" (which mean God) let us see them again one more time in afterlife where they're in good condition without any pain they felt before when they're still alive. . Especially me when i lost my very first bestfriend on earth, he died due to land slide accident at 5AM in the morning on 2008. It breaks my heart when i heard the news about my bestfriend death and i was so little at that year. i still remembered how i cried all day and night after i visiting my bestfriend tomb and his house after got damaged by the accident, begging to God bring him back to life again and start having fun together for one more time but it is what it is, gotta deal with it though that it's sucks to know my bestfriend gone forever. . RIP Jimmy "The Rev" Sullivan and Neil my very first best friend, I'll see you both soon when my time comes ❤️

Isn’t it crazy how much we can care about someone we never knew when they were alive? This shows just how human we are. There’s nothing weird about getting emotional over this. You heard and saw what he did and what he contributed to music and many many fans. And to hear that he passed tragically and to then hear a moving tribute song by his band mates is a moving and sad thing, you just show how pure your heart is by your reaction 😊. And don’t worry, The Rev is kicking ass on the drums up in Heaven. Probably wrote so many badass songs he can’t wait to show the guys once they get there

Beautiful reaction Bisscute. ❤️ As for the others recommending A Little Piece of Heaven (Live in the LBC), I would recommend the official music video first so that you actually get the story/lyrics of the song, which was written entirely by The Rev. It is definitely one of the most insane songs I've ever heard, but its also a musical masterpiece which I think really showcased Jimmy's creativity and musical prowess. There's also a really awesome making of A Little Piece of Heaven that you could watch afterwards to get a sense of how the song came along and how much fun the band had recording it. It would be a fun way for you to get to know them behind the scenes.

You seem like such a kind spirit and very warm hearted. It was difficult to see you so emotional but also very relatable. As a long time fan of A7X for more than 10 years it still makes me sad when watch the video. Jimmy was such an amazing person, I've heard stories that probably 30 people conisdered him a close friend, he visited people who rarely got visits from anybody else. Also a recent story from a fan, they waited outside the buss and Jimmy would come out 03:00 am, all tired, to talk all of them one by one and lay his arm around them, like a friend, when they took pictures. He had a energy that was larger than life and I'am very sad that I never got the opportunity to see them play when Jimmy was alive. Happy to see you like A7X and becoming a fan, if you ever want to get closer to the band then visit their discord channel. I wish you all the best. This is a twitter quote from Matt on JImmy's birthday this year "I still have your poster on my wall, your drumsticks on my floor and your number in my phone. Miss you bro. Happy Birthday". Quem não iria se emocionar com essa obra de arte em forma de música mano? Pensa: Eles se conhecem desde pequenos, tipo, começaram lá atrás, tinham um sonho que era de serem reconhecidos.. essa música é forte pra c.. é a vida deles,tá ligado? 😢💔

i remember the first time i watched this video. the middle part where they show The Rev's pictures i was choked up, and when Syn came up with the solo my tears just pours. the solo is so simple yet filled with emotion.

Beautiful reaction, this song hits you everytime you listen to it, the real gut wrenching part of the song is the photos and Syns solo during the photo collage, love this song but it cuts deep always brings memories of my nephew who we lost when I first started listening to these guys and he was only 15, loved your reaction so genuine and doesn't matter how many songs you have heard, 1 song and you are a fan 👌👍❤

Mann it hit haard when The Rev passed. And 2009 was beyond the worst year yet, it was left and right. And this was totally unexpected, I remember. When this song came out, it legit tore me up to the core , especially the way Matt sang this song with so much emotion and I cried in between pauses. The words cut deep and Synester's guitar solo towards the end seemed like it's crying out for their dear friend 💔

This song is always heartbreaking for me. My son idolized The Rev and was crushed when he died. Then my baby brother passed away in 2013 at the age of 29. He was a drummer as well. My son plays drums, thanks to to Rev, his uncle Walt, and Joey Jordison. He's 23 now and can hang with the best of them. And he does it with all the passion in the world because of these guys. But this song always brings tears to my eyes.

Bisscute, This is the first time I've came across your channel, and I can see that you have pain that lives inside of you, whether from personal experiences or extreme empathy. The Rev's early passing hit me within the depths of my being, as I have been a fan of the band since their first album. I came home from a deployment in the middle east to see them live, but they had to cancel on short notice. This was the last opportunity that I had to see the band, and Jimmy, before he left. More recently, in January of last year, I lost my best friend. My soul mate. There has never been a moment of reflection where I haven't had tears building up and falling down. I want you to know that you are loved, and you are amazing. To have the ability to experience the pain of others, to merely recognize it LET ALONE to feel it, shows that humanity is not lost. Remember the pain of loss, it means we are experiencing all that the world has to offer us and shows us that our hearts are doing much more than moving blood. One Love. -Toasty

I will be the first to say this song is one of the first “metal” band songs I heard, and avenged will always have a place in my heart. The structure, the meaning and the lyrics just resonate so closely with what so many of us go through, it’s also one of the very few songs that genuinely makes me cry, just because it’s so well done, great reaction and don’t apologise for crying in the video, that’s normal with this song, I love this song to death, everything about it is perfect 🤙🏻
