just so you all know the slider on the side is to adjust the amout of solution to spray ,does not adust the brushes. nice machine . i have one and a Hoover Max Extract 77

The belt only goes around the brush right near the belt? What turns the brush in front?

It’s a 2 belt system. That would be the other belt

When replacing the belts caps what is the position of the white tabs that are inside on the side tabs on the caps ?

Just look through the black plastic cap to make sure the rods line up to holes the belt should be in correct position

How do you take the plastic shroud that was over the rollers off for a full cleaning?

You can't! That's why I'm looking for a newer model. It seems like a major thing they changed. The plastic cover under the nozzle shield comes off and you can clean off the rollers from above. This model is a major pain to clean.

I used to own the revolution pet proheat. Good machine but the water tanks are way too small. So i went with a power scrub elite
