Quick question, I think there's another huge risk involved in this. I mean if ur giving it to your friends it'll be fine, but at the end of the day the buyer has to trust the creator of the wallet because you can always back it up and steal the funds at convenience before giving out. How can I mitigate this problem?

Yeah it's always risky to have a paper wallet generated online. But Metamask ain't much of trustworthy company either. Don't trust anyone verify first!

Can you use any network to send BTC on your paper Wallet? If I am Binance and I want to send an amount of BTC on my paper, which network am I using?

You are using the Bitcoin network. The whole time. If it's another network like ETH or Bianance coin hopefully the wallet or exchange software will block you from making the transaction
