Why are ETF in flows classified as not retail? I get that it’s an institution but it’s largely funded by regular retail investors. People have more $ in their 401k’s so it’s now easy for them to allocate portions to the ETFs. Seems like it’s a mistake and/ or misleading to say “retail isn’t in yet”. Feedback welcomed.

The difference going forward will be the ETF holders, wealth funds etc won’t be looking to sell as fast as the weaker holders always do. If 50 states get into Bitcoin they all won’t get in at the same time. I think this process is the unknown of the cycle. We haven’t had this before. Will bitcoin do the usual 30 - 50% crash in that environment? Who sold to make it crash if the “get in cycle” is still going on? We talk about Bitcoin like it has a mind of its own. That was true when the majority of bitcoin holders we individuals that generally think alike. Wealth funds don’t think like individuals! This is where I question the past will repeat again argument. Who knows!!! Also where is all the inflow money coming from? Cash goes first but what next? Bonds if you’re smart! It’s the next things to migrate into Bitcoin that I’m most interested in. Someone start looking for the evidence that stocks are starting to flow into Bitcoin. When that happens you don’t want to be holding stocks and mutual funds. This is going to get crazy.

The miners are selling out of necessity. I saw yesterday where it cost 76k to mine one coin now. Those things are cheap anymore. Some miners are selling to cover costs. Crypto and stocks understand the process of supply and demand, and the price increasing accordingly. Then how come stores in the US don't seem to understand this ;p ;p I often find certain items sold out in stores like disinfecting wipes at Target. For weeks (the better or cheaper brands). And you'd think if the demand was higher, they'd bring more supply... but no. Shelves empty for weeks more. Somehow the store chain systems are fundamentally broken and do not understand supply and demand! Glad crypto does though.
