Bitcoin: Will It Hold?

Will the 20W SMA and/or the 21W EMA hold for Bitcoin on the first major test of 2021? The last time the price of Bitcoin tested this critical level was all the way back in September 2020. Is Bitcoin too far gone to realistically hold it? Or will we have a grueling but successful test of the 20W SMA? Let me know what you think in the comments!

Dominance is extremely low, people are getting too comfortable pushing money into alts. Many are in parabolic as we speak. Blow off top alts might be the case and retracement of BTC of around 50% from current price is what I expect. At 30k I will buy as much as I can as a contrarian.

This is what I was thinking too. Dominance is at its all time low support, and people are far too comfortable in alts. Acting like they will keep going up forever. There is a huge head and shoulders top on Bitcoin with a downside target of around $30k. It might not play out, but it looks like Bitcoin is probably heading downwards in the short to medium term.

I don't know if it will hold. What I do know is I'm stacking sats as much as possible under $48K. My lowest limit order was at $47k even and it just barely made it before spiking back up above 48. Meanwhile ADA and MATIC carry my portfolio through the extended dip.

Tesla went insane like Bitcoin first, then start to trade side ways while penny stocks start to fly, now you got doge... all sorts of other coins flying, once Bitcoin start to trade downwards, everything else gonna crash to zero as crypto don’t have the fundamentals of actual companies.

Yes and no. My advice to you is when you see bitcoin jump 2x-3x in a span of 20 days then get out. Bitcoin on its last move is its major move and it happens really fast like in 2-3 weeks.

@Ben Could you give your opinion on the effect of planB's s2f on the psycology of this cycle...its the first time when people have a price they can more or less agree on for fair value. Surely this has an effect on reducing volatility?

50 and 60k are big psychological level. It's way above the last ATH but somewhat in the middle of s2f projection. It's about time we rest for a bit and wait for equilibrium between time and price. We went somewhat fast to 65k and I think it's about time we let it go and spill some money. The coming stimulus and inflation expectations would be beneficial once BTC is at lower levels. It's a contrarian buy as it keeps droping. The other thing is that BTC can prove it's resilience and stay at these levels like a king, that would be amazing and the following leg up would be extraordinary.
