The Frozen Crested Lizard is my 4th favorite dinosaur of all time, fun fact. Even if the lands this dinosaur roamed weren't so frigid, it was found in Antarctica so it counts for the theme of 'Ancient Arctic' as it's literally found in ancient arctic soil. Checkmate
